Answer
what kind of car?  what year?

those sensors you replaced usually have a code to tell you they are bad.  Do you have any codes?

You dont start if you lack fuel, air or spark.  The trick is to find which you dont have.  Timing, vacuum leaks and other factors will intervene of course.  However if that was the issue, you would or should get an attempt start.  A spit or sputter.  Does this happen?

If you are getting spark with your timing light, then you are probably lacking fuel or air.  Is the fuel pump coming on?  If not, check relay, fuse.

Depend on year, could also be a computer problem.  Motor may not start because fuel is off because of another problem like theft control problem or even a low oil sensor.  Without the year and type this can have numerous causes.
