Chevrolet Repair: 1997 malibu, electrical diagnosis, reputable repair facility

Sometimes the speedometer will say I'm going a lot faster then I really am, and the fuel gage goes to empty, and the temp gage goes to zero, and the tach goes into the red, and all my dummy lights go on, But the car runs good.  This will usually happen for about 10 mins. then all goes back to normal.

Since multiple circuits are being affected when the problem acts up I believe it may be a defective IP Cluster assembly. The IP cluster circuits need to checked for intermittent shorts or opens. If you do not have electrical diagnosis skills, I suggest you take this in to a reputable repair facility.
