Is there a way to bypass the AC on a 95 Chevy Lumina.  I was told i may need a different size belt.

Why do you want to do this?  The A/C pulley should have no drag when off.  You need the pulley for the proper belt to work.  

If you are insistant, take a piece of string and go around the pulleys in the way that a new belt would.  Try to have the tensioner in the proper spot (not too tight or loose).  Take this string loop to the parts store and have them use the belt sizing gage to get the size.  Then get the closest size belt.
