Chevrolet Repair: 2000tahoe and 1999 chevy truck, fuse box, chevy truck

Both just quit and will not start. We replaced fuel pump in tahoe but that did not work. They will crank but will not start. We hooked machine to them but there was no power to tell what was wrong the check engine light is not on. Also they are not getting fuel. I have aslo checked all fuses and they are fine. Do you have any ideas I have no idea where the relay switch is do you?                  Thanks Robbie

Hi Robbie, You need to check power to the PCM. I have a feeling that there isn't power getting there. Besure that you have tested all the fuses in the under hood fuse box! Turn the key to the on position and test all fuses with a test light. If they are all ok then i would look toward the ignition switch.
