Chrysler Repair: 03 T&C 3.3L V6: no start, check fuse, fuse box

Question
Van was running fine it was parked and would not start again

Here are my symptoms
1) no power to instrument cluster at all
2) power door lock do not work (power windows work fine)
3) turn signals do not work
4) can turn radio on but when I turn on the AC the radio turns off


I have read some of the posts on this site and have checked the fuse box under the hood.
I can not find an inside fuse box (checked under steering wheel)

Do you have any advise to help me find my problem.

Hi Cory,
Check fuse 24, located between the starter motor and the accessory relays, as that one is what provides power to everything that doesn't work. Then if that fixes those problems, try turning the ignition switch:"on-off-on-off-on and leave on" doing that in 5 seconds or less elapsed time. Then watch the odometer window to see if the mileage reading changes to show a 4-digit number preceded by a P. That would be a fault code that would give a hint as to why it won't start. Also, is it that the starter motor won't crank over the engine, or that it will but the engine won't catch and idle?
