Chrysler Repair: Removing sliding door interior panel, power window switch, seat removal

Question
I have a 2010 Town and Country and my 2 yr old pulled the screen off of the roller.  How do I remove the rear door panel so I can fix the screen?

REMOVAL

 
1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the interior door handle bezel. (Refer to 23 - Body/Doors - Sliding/BEZEL, Interior Door Handle - Removal) .
3. Remove the mounting fastener (3).
4. Remove the power window switch (if equipped). (Refer to 08 - Electrical/Power Windows/SWITCH, Power Window - Removal) .
5. Remove the heated seat switch (if equipped). (Refer to 08 - Electrical/Heated Seats/SWITCH, Heated Seat - Removal) .
6. Remove the upper rear molding assembly.
7. Remove the door trim panel (1).
8. If required, remove the sunshade from the door trim panel by removing the fasteners on the back of the trim panel and remove the sunshade.
