How do you remove the blower fan on a 97 concorde?

Hi John,
Disconnect Battery.
Remove lower right under panel silencer duct for access to underside of unit, right end
Remove blower motor electrical plug from resistor block near by (follow twisted wires)
Squeeze blower motor wire grommet at housing and push into housing cover
Remove screws from blower motor housing cover, and remove cover
Remove screws retaining blower motor and blower to housing
Lower blower motor from housiong
Install is the reverse.
Good luck on the change out.
