Without knowing the issues of the specific vehicle I can't say. Try shopping around. It is not that big a job with most vehicles so you might consider doing it yourself. Let me know which hose/which vehicle and I should be able to tell you how. The hose itself should be in the range of 5-10 dollars for the part.
