Hi Brad,
I only have the T&C manual for '02 which has a very simple circuit for the brake lights: fuse 26 powers the switch on the pedal mount which sends the current to a splice in the central floor track (about a foot in front of the tail gate opening) where it splits to the left, right, and center high mount bulbs. The wire color from the switch to the bulbs is white/tan at all locations, so if that appear to be the same in your '05 then I would look at that splice. The single brake switch itself has 3 functions but the function for the brale lights powers all the rear light bulbs, so if any work, the switch has to be ok and the problem has to be downstream from the rear splice.
I assume what you have is brake light not working on one side, correct?
