Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): tecumseh h35 sears snow thrower, snow thrower, kill switch

Question
I just picked up a used sears snowthrower.  The ignition on/off keyed switch was pulled out of it so the engine has to be choked to shut it off.  I would like to install a toggle switch in place of the keyed switch. I can't figure out the wiring.  I appears as though the switch should act like a kill switch.  I've tried grounding what appears to be a switch at the bottom of the throttle setting with no luck in killing the spark.  Can you tell me where to find a wiring diagram for the original or how to install a kill switch?

Answer
Hello Ted:

The Easiest Way to Install a Kill Switch is to Remove the Blower Housing and Connect a New Wire to the Coil Shut Off Lug. This Wire Connects to the Toggle Switch to Ground the Coil and Shut Off the Engine. To View a Breakdown of this Unit Go to this Site Addy, http://www3.sears.com/ and Enter the Model Numbers in the Upper Left Search Box and Click Go. Then Visually Verify the Equipment and Click Continue. From this Page you can View Diagrams or Parts Lists for you Equipment. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
