Chrysler Repair: temperamental sliding door on 2002 minivan, sliding door, 26c

Hello,
The remote sliding door on a 2002 Chrysler T%26C sticks most of time opening.  If I grab the door once it stops it becomes difficult to open because there seems to be to much play in the door (it pulls up).  The door seems to close ok.  I have had my local mechanic grease the gears numerous times.

Hi Davi,
There are about 6 pages in the '02 manual that show the drive system and the lower track/hinge of the door which is probably in need of adjustment.
If you will send me a postal mailing address I will xerox copy and mail them to you for possible aid in this situation.
