Chrysler Repair: PCM or engine control module, chrysler new yorker, fwd cars

Hi Roland,
This isn't really a repair question persay. So here goes I am in need of PCM or engine control module for 1992 V-6 38 chrysler New Yorker can u help me find one. I understand they don't make new pcm so I'll need used part.Do you know of any Parts location on internet where I might actually find this used part ..

Hi Mike,
I would begin at a pull-it-yourself wrecking yard if you have any nearby or a conventional wrecking yard. Those places usually have internet ties to other yards all around the country so if they don't have such a vehicle/engine combo they should be able to find you one. Other than that, watching eBay is another possibility. I don't know of commercial rebuilder/recyclers but there are probably those too. Lastly would be too look for on-line auto groups, one that focuses on Chrysler FWD cars of the 90's, maybe a Yahoo Autos Group where others with similar cars would have some tips.
