Chrysler Repair: 98 concorde start/run problem, tps code, crank sensor

Question
Hello I have a 98 concorde with a 3.2 v6 . I had driven this car regularly all summer with no problems. After sitting aprox a month this winter I needed to move it and it started fine however stalled while warming up. Upon trying to restart it did momentarily but upon pressing the gas it hesitated then stalled. Has not started and ran for more than several seconds since. Factory theft equipped and off. 40+ pounds of fuel pressure . Signal at ignition coils. signal at injector coils . Timing belt replaced and timed properly. fuses checked. swapped relays. Will only try to start momentarily after sitting for several days then stall. Do currently have battery disconnect code p1684  TPS code p0123  IAS code p0113 and manifold tune valve P1289  I have a reader, gauges, meter, scope, etc just need a better direction I am changing cam sensor and crank sensor because my kids taking it upstate to college. and help would be appreciated.

Answer
Hi Darron,
The TPS and IAS share the 5v supply from the powertrain controller( pin 61 violet white), and the same ground wire (pin 43 black/light blue) so it is possible that either of those two wires could be compromised. So I would cneck that there is a connection between the sensor and the pins of the pcm and also that there is 5v at the sensors plugs on the supply wire, and that none of the wires are shorted. Other than that the sensors themselves can be checked out. (TPS check for no discontinuities in resistance as you move the throttle, IAS should show resisance of around 10k when cold, dropping to 1k or so when hot). I can give you the trouble shoot pages for these items by xerox copy and postal mail if needed.
The manifold valve only operates at wide open throttle and rpm below 3000, and has a 12v supply and a control wire (pins 6 and 39 of the pcm), with the supply voltage coming from fuse S (20 amp) in the underhood box. The violet/red is the control wire to the solenoid and the dark green/light green is the 12v wire which should be powered up when cranking and running of the engine so that is probably not the cause as it also powers the coils and the injectors. I would suspect the solenoid of the valve or the control wire for this one
If the time between start and die is identical and about 3 seconds then I would suspect the theft system is alarmed.
