Chrysler Repair: Code 1491, radiator fan, negative cable

Question
I have a 2001 Crysler Twn & C I read your info on removing the headlamp to r&r the fan relay but do not see the relay.
Car over heats when idleing for a while and ccode reads 1491

Answer
REMOVAL
Open hood.
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove the radiator crossmember to front fascia closure panel.
Disconnect the relay electrical connector (Radiator Fan Relay).
Remove the rivet attaching the relay to the front bumper beam (Radiator Fan Relay).
Remove the relay.
