Chrysler Repair: water pump/timing belt/battery, chrysler 300m, brake job

Question
Hi I'm so exicited to have found your site. I have a Chrysler 300M yr 2000. It has 128,000.00 mi and i'm in the process of having a lot of work done on it. Do you know pricings. I have had a inner and outer tire rod, alinment, brake job and 2 new tires.
I've just been notified that I need a water pump and perhaps a timing belt since the pump is being changed. I understand this is all wear and tear but how much would this normally cost me and should I get the timing belt done. I am also wondering if a tune up is beneficial since i have had it for 3 yrs and not done that either.

My other question is about the location of the battery. Is it a true fact that I would have to have the car towed and changed by a mechanic if a jump wouldn't work?

Sorry for all the questions but i am a female and feeling i've gotten the shaft with this ride. Although I love it.

Please Help me understand these logics.

Answer
sorry  I dont get out price quotes online unless I look at it myself. To many different variables to contend with.
The battery is under the air filter housing pass side  the fender wheel wheel will haft to be removed.
Belt and water pump yes are usually replaced at same time on the 3.5 motors.
