Chrysler Repair: Foglamps: 96 T&C, fog lamps, head lamps

Hi Roland,

I have successfully completed my transmission rebuild on the A604 41TE and it works great, thanks for the help!  I am now trying to figure why the lower lamps on the bumper, (below the standard head lamps) are not working.  The bulbs are good and all fuses are good,  I have tried swapping relays and still have no voltage at the lower lamp harness.  Can you give some pointers?  Are there any inline fuses used in this vehicle?  Thanks in advance...

I assume these are the fog lamps, correct? My limitation is that I don't have a '95 and a '98 manual and so I can't be sure which of these diagrams apply to your '96. Do you have a couple of relay blocks under the dash near a separate fuse box, or do you have one large fuse box with 4 multi-pin plugs and 9 relays all together? Is is only the fogs that don't work?
