I have 2005 Town & country touring special edition.  When I open the doors all lights in the panel are flashing and rear wipers turn on.  This goes away after turning the engine on. Driver side sliding door doesn't operate. Also, I get whistling humming sound from engine compartment.

Hi Jake,
Do you mean that the flashing lights and rear wiper initiates just as you open a door, and otherwise there is no flashing and no wiper action until you open door? If so, what means are you using to open the door (key, remote key fob or?). Which "panel" are you referring to, and which are the lights that flash?
On the sliding door problem, that is a very complex circuit. Are you interested and prepared to do the troubleshooting? Do you have a volt-ohm meter. I have the '92 manual which shows the wiring diagrams but there are complexities involved is sorting out what might be the cause.
Can you localize the whistling humming sound by listening with the hood open while parked?
