Chrysler Repair: A Question re: 99 Chrysler Cirrus, blower motor resistor, chrysler cirrus

Question
The blower motor in my 1999 Cirrus only works on high.  It's been noisy for a year and suddenly quit working, only on high.  How do I take the dash apart to get at the motor, and should I replace the whole thing? Also, does anyone know where I could get a nearly free factory manual? Or at least diagrams of what to take apart.
