Chrysler Repair: 99 Chrysler T&C passenger window motor/regulator, xerox copy, postal mail

Question
The window will try to work every once in a while but only moves just a bit.  I'm not afraid to tackel the repair but would like to have parts on hand.  Can you advise from this bit of information if it is a motor, reglator, both, or something else?  Thanks for your help.

Answer
Hi Roger,
I personally haven't experienced power window failure situations. Given the cost of parts it would probably be wise to remove the panel and check it out before buying anything. The manual says that if the motor "grunts" when you try to power it, reliably, then the regulator binding is likely the issue. If it doesn't move reliably in one direction or the the other, or doesn't grunt when you try to power it at the end of its direction limit, it is probably the motor. You may be able to access the better with the trim panel off.
I can xerox copy and postal mail you the pages from the manual that show how to remove the panel and replace the motor/regulator
