Chrysler Repair: sebring Lx 2001 won t start (2.7 liter), intake air temp, 4 digit numbers

Question
QUESTION: hi Roland.Recently I d ran my car overheated due to leakage of my radiator.Got radiator changed and spotted there was abnormal pressure at radiator hose.Suspected that engine pressure somewhere escaped to the radiator.Dismantled the head and found out that the head slightly un even.Skimmed the head and changed the gasket. After installed everything tried to start the engine but failed. Please tell me what should I do.Is it because of the cam shaft timing? Also found no fire on spark plug.

ANSWER: Hi Shaheezam,
Have you tried to get a fault code readout using the ignition key:"on-off-on-off-on and leave on", doing that in 5 seconds or less elapsed time? Then watch the odometer reading to see if the mileage is replaced by any 4-digit numbers that are the codes for what might be wrong. Let me know and we'll go from there. I would not believe the cam timing would affect the spark, but it could be a problem with the cam sensor or the crank sensor. The codes may tell us what to focus on.

QUESTION: Hi Roland. I did a mistake while carrying out the "on" and "off". I turned of the key too soon. Actually there are other three more numbers which are 1)1193 2)0017 3)0018. Sorry for the mistake and thanks so much for your help.

Answer
I checked my '01 code list and don't find 0017 or 0018. The 1193 says the voltage signal from the intake air temp sensor is too high to be reasonable. That could be due to a faulty sensor or a shorted to voltage signal wire, the signal wire being "open", or the ground circuit is "open". The sensor has 2 wires, a black/red that is connected to pin30 and a black/light blue which is grounded at pin 27, both at the power train control. The sensor should read around 10,000 to 15,000 ohm when cold, and then drop as the intake air warms up to about 1-2,000 ohms.
Let me know if you can sort out the 0017 and 0018 numbers. I just don't find them.
