Chrysler Repair: 94 T&C minivan dead electronic cluster, junk yard, dvm

Question
electronic dash cluster completely dead, however, vehicle runs / drives fine.   Bought a replacement cluster from junk yard and installed, same problem.  Did visually check fuses.  I don't have a wiring diagram, but do have a DVM, and can check voltages at plugs.  Sure could use your help to solve this problem.    Thanks much!

Answer
Hi Dave,
I have a '93 and a '95 manual, but not a '94. It appears that the mechanical and the electronic cluster use the same plug and wiring as I can't find any reference to different plug/circuits. That being the case, you would want to verify that you are getting 12V on pin 11 (dark blue/yellow) when the ignition is "on", and also verify that pins 7 and 14 of the plug are grounded. I can't see any reason why the dash would be completely dead unless something were wrong at those three pins. I assume that neither the illumination nor the gauges operate when you say it is "dead". The power on pin 11 comes from fuse 15 (10 amp).
