Chrysler Repair: Electrical problem 91 new yorker, automatic temperature control, fuse box

Question
I just bought this car, it was side swiped so i put new passenger doors on and all of the wiring is hooked up properly. the power windows work, but that is it. i have no power to the pwr locks, digital dash, radio, seats, blower motor so theres no heat or ac. im not sure what is wrong, i checked fuse box in glove cmpt and under hood, all fuses are good. the weird thing is with the power lock is that they lock themselves after driving but the switches wont work. also the oem alarm goes off sometimes, quits after driving for a while. any idea what i am looking over?

Answer
Hi Colt,
I would look again at a 50 amp "blower motor" fuse in the underhood box that supplies a section of the ignition switch, that when in the run position is supposed to provide voltage to fuses 9,10, and 11 under the dash. Check those fuses to see if they show voltage or not when in 'run'. Then let me know if anything improved. Also, tell me the engine you have, and what do you mean about the digital dash (totally black out, or partial function) and what about the radio (no sign of life, or?). Have you check for fault codes using the ignition key? Turn it on-off-on-off-on and leave on, doing that in 5 seconds or less elapsed time. Then count the number of flashes of the check engine light. When does the oem alarm go off, just sitting at rest after 'armed'?  Is the AC control convenional or automatic temperature control?
Also check the 40 amp "rear window" fuse under the hood, and fuse 12 under the dash to see if they all have voltage going to  and through them.
