The code refers to the auto shut down relay. Pull the relay out and switch it with the a/c relay. If it starts and runs, replace the relay. If it doesn't, check the 20a fuse. and see if you have power on 2 of the 4 terminals at the relay plug. ! should be direct battery, the other from the fuse. With the other 2, check for continuity between the relay pins and the body control module and alternator. If all is good, you may have to replace the BCM.
