Chrysler Repair: 2005 Town & Country, coolant level, pat answer

Question
QUESTION: Hi Kevin,
My 2005 T & C heater is blowing warm air on the drivers side and very cold air on the passenger side. I was told that it is probably the Temperature Door Actuator that has failed. The vehicle has separate control settings and we have tried them in all different settings to no avail. Is this a repair job that I can do on my own, or is it a difficult task that requires standing on your head. I did read your response on a different model vehicle, but did not know if the Town & Country would be the same, and if the design and location may have changed for the 2005 model year.
I would appreciate any information that you can give me.

Thanks,
Pat

QUESTION: Thanks, Kevin for the suggestion. The Coolant level is OK. Can you give me additional information if in fact it appears that the Temperature Door Actuator is the problem?
Thanks,
Pat
