Chrysler Repair: Chrysler 300m turns over but takes a while to start, chrysler 300m, fuel line

Question
Right about the beginning of when it started getting pretty cold my 2002 Chrysler 300m starting having issues when starting. At first I would get it to turn over but it didn't seem to start the first time then I would turn it over a second time and it would start right away. Now I notice if I just turn it over and let it go for about 5 seconds it starts up.

I'm not sure if this is a sign that my starter is going bad or what not and haven't been able to see anything with this type of issue. It got warmer and still had the issue. Just wondering about some ideas that might be causing this. I saw somewhere about a fuel line or something being frozen but I doubt that is it.

Answer
the starter either works or not  there is no part way starting of the motor. If the starter is not working it will make a clunk noise and not turn the motor over  that's a bad starter. If it takes longer to get it going  could be something else no real way to tell with out having some one look at it. Fuel does not freeze in normal temps  it would have to be like -60
