How do you remove the bulb locking spring on the low beam bulb on a 99 dodge avenger

Hi Tony,
Notice that one end of the spring is bent around to form a closed loop. That is 'handle' you would grasp and push against the direction in which the spring is pressing to release the spring clip from the housing. Before you do it, notice how it is attached/positioned/comes off so that as you release it so you can put it back in exactly the same way.
