Chrysler Repair: BCM & PCM, wipers, thousands of dollars

Question
okay, first of all, i am VERY steamed at chrysler, lets just get that out of the way. so my 98 t and c stopped running, it would start and die a few seconds later. then after three tries, it would lock me out. so i had it towed to chrsler, and they said that the problem was the starter, then i still wouldnt start, then they said it was the pcm. nothing. after thousands of dollars and months at the shop, they finally came to the conclusion that the BCM was bad and replaced that. that worked.....or so it seemed. the first time after having the car fixed, i tried to run the wipers, but nothing. no noises, no nothing. i am jst wondering what your take is on this...

Answer
Chrysler has nothing to do with what happened   it would be the specific dealer that u went to   remember a dealer is not Chrysler  but merely a hand at the end of an arm.
During the no starts what do the cluster gauges do?  are they working  totally dead or what?
