ANSWER: Hi James,
I responded earlier to your situation by asking you to also check the timing marks and noted the detail about the crank timing mark:

"When you set up the belt timing, were you aware that the TDC position of the crank sprocket is the trailing edge of the tooth with the timing mark (not the mark itself)? And after you installed it, with the trailing edge aligned to the mark on the pump cover, were the cam shaft marks in alignment (after turning the crank around by hand two times)?"

Did you do that?

QUESTION: yes everything seems to be right like i said im lost

ANSWER: Hi James,
I wish I could give you a simple foolproof answer. I believe you said that you have an OBD-II code reader and that you have no codes, but I would suggest that you check for codes again to see if anything comes up. I would hope that there will be a fault code that is relavent to your problem.

QUESTION: are there a diff in the cam sprockets

Answer
The only aspect of the cam sprockets was that when installing the belt you are supposed to begin by having the exhaust cam's mark one half a tooth below the intake cam's (which is horizonatal), then put on the belt in a counterclockwise direction and when you are done the cam sprockets are supposed to end up in direct opposition to onanother while the crank mark is aligned to the trailing edge of the tooth with the mark on it. So if you haven't looked lately I would do it now.
