Question
hello my 1999 chrysler town and country has a problem with the turn signal and the hazards i checked every fuse with a test light i switched every relay with another relay with the same part number i replaced the 9 prong expensive flasher i switched the selector with a new one lucky the parts manager let me try it before i bought it (very expensive also) i wiggled wires i checked grounds I AM STUMPED i have spent much time trying to fix this PLEASE HELP tell me what to do now

Answer
Hi Mike,
The circuit diagrams show you need fuse 10 in the power distribution center to get to pin 1 at the flasher. And you need fuse 22 in the underdash box to get its current to pin 6 at the flasher.  Pin 8 of the turn signal switch has to be grounded. The rest of it is communications between the flasher, the turn signal switch and the lights and the dash indicator. I hope you will find one of the voltages or the ground is missing. Let me know.
