Chrysler Repair: Starter replacement for 99 Concorde, negative battery cable, 1999 chrysler concorde

Question
Hello,
I have a 1999 Chrysler concorde with a 2.7L V6. I'm having some serious issues trying to get starter out to replace. Can someone please give me a step by step procedure on how to remove the starter so I can get back on the road.
Just cant get  the top shield screw out to get access to disconnect all the wiring. No room, I've disconnected the 3 housing bolts and starter is free to move with what little room I have to move it, but still can't get at it, please help.
