Chrysler Repair: 2000 Concorde lxi ac/heater display, concorde lxi, rear edge

Question
my heater ac display has stopped working.

for a few weeks it was intermittent and would come back on if I would press lightly on it.

now it just doesn't work at all. the heater and ac work fine but the display doesn't

It seems as if it isn't seeded or something how can I get to the back of the unit to check the wires or do you know a fix

thanks
