Toyota Repair: 3sfe and 3sgte and 3sge, 3sfe, 3sge

Question
what parts will interchange between a sfe and a sge engine? i know the sgte is a turbo version of the sge but is the head the same? i ask because i have a sfe motor in a camry and want to build some more power in it to build a sleeper but i would rather keep what i can of the original motor as i am doing this on a budget. ie it is cheaper to get a head and such than to replace the entire engine. thanks

Forget it. The 3s-fe bottom end can only handle a hair over 200hp. Sell your car & buy a v6. It'll be faster, stronger, better eqipped & get ALOT better economy.

Not to mention... ES 300...

But seriously. Forget the S platform in a Camry. You cans wap anything between the S block family, but there is no point when the v6's exist.
