ANSWER: Hi Martin,
Did you use a new gasket on the air intake plenum when you replaced it? If not, then you may have an air intake leak which the oxygen sensor may recognize as a too lean mixture and then ask the engine controller to increase the duration of the fuel injection pulses which will then flood the engine with too much gas. Other than that, I can't think of another reason for smell of gas.
If it didn't smell gassy before you changed the spark plugs, then it would be reasonable to think about what parts you took out and reassembled as the cause of the new situation.

QUESTION: Hi Roland, I bought a new one but i'm not sure if i use the tork wrench in good manner because when i torked them i remark they're not really tight is it possible that can be the reason of leak or another sensor can be worn. thanks!

Answer
It could be the torque is not correct, but be careful to read whether you are using the foot-pound or the N-M scale correctly. But don't break a bolt in any case as that would be a set back. The torque values in my earlier message are correct, I checked that just now.
