Chrysler Repair: 1999 T&C: horn and cruise dont work, clockspring, cruise control

where is the horn fuse? it dose not mention anything about a horn in the manual. The horn and cruise control on the horn does not work. How do I fix it. Help me

The problem is not the fuse. But to answer your question, the horn fuse is #9 in the power distribution center (box) under the hood near the battery. Because you say that neither the horn nor the cruise control are working I believe your problem is with the "clockspring" which is a flexible electrical connector between the steering wheel and the steering column. There was a defective clockspring in the van's of the later '90s and a factory recall for that. So check at a dealer to see if your van is covered and then you should get it replaced for free if it is.
