QUESTION: I have a code 23 (no heat comeing out of the vents) Have pulled the glove box and can see one of the blend door acuators it seems to be working is there a second blend door inside the unit and how do I check it,Is there a sensor or somthing else I need to check, do I have to pull the dash and if so could I have some diagrams, step by step process or somthing car only has 50500 miles on it  (any info please) !!!!

ANSWER: the code 23 is common if u have had the batt replaced. Was something done to the car where the battery cable was removed?
Why i am asking  it should be hot as all get out in most of the US right now  so wondering why u would need heat at this time of year.

QUESTION: I just bought the car and had proablem with the A/C (a leaking o-ring) and noticed the heat would not come on (I was trying to defroust the window) I know that they had just put a new battery in it the day before I bought it Could this cause it not to be putting out hot air and a code 23 and if so what do I do
ANSWER: lets try a door recal  the driver side dash panel is where the fuses are at. Open it up  there will be one fuse that is higher then the other  this will be called the IOD fuse. Pull it out for 45 seconds then plug it back it  this will force the Body computer to relearn the doors and such in the ac system.

QUESTION: I did the door recal and there is still not hot air the A/C works great

Answer
There are 2 heater hoses that go into the fire wall. See if both of them are hot this will say yes that the coolant is flowing to them  if one is hot and the other not so hot  U have a clogged heater core. Let me know what u find.I live in the Atlanta area I would be glad to look at it for u.
