Chrysler Repair: abs on a chrysler 03, town and country chrysler, dollar job

My brakes went down to the bottom, and the repair shop then replaced the Maser cylinder of the brakes, a month later it happened again, they said maybe it was a faulty cylinder, now it happened again, they bleed the front wheel on the drivers side and the brake come right back up. last about 2 weeks and then goes back down. he claims now that it is the ABS  that needs to be replaced an that us  1500 dollar job. does all this sound right or am i being taken for  a ride.
town and country Chrysler 03 with 112000 miles on it.

The abs works independent of the base brakes. IF there was an abs issue u would have an ABS light on. and 1500 would be for the HCU and abs computer. and ABS light is amber  not red. Might want to have some one that knows what they are doing check this out. Live near Atlanta?
