Chrysler Repair: 90 new yorker power window, worn teeth, postage stamps

Question
My driver side power window works when the window is down all of the way to halfway up.
When it gets halfway up it makes an annoying grinding noise and i have to manually pull up  the window and wedge a piece of cardboard in to hold the window up.
Was wondering what that sounds like to you and if possible I could get some documentation on the steps for removing the door panel so I can look at it. thank you!

Hi Chris,
It sounds like the toothed flexible strap has some worn teeth. If you will drop me a postal mailing address I'll xerox and mail you the copies of the pages that show how to remove the panel and replace the worn parts. Just use the "thank and rate" tab to enter the info. If you would drop me back some postage stamps to cover the costs (10 cents per side) and postage that would be appreciated. But in any case I'll get these to you first.
