Chrysler Repair: 1997 T & C : Failed airbag, cruise, and horn, chrysler corp, clockspring

First I noticed Cruise control not working, then the horn and then the Air Bag warning light came on and stays on.  Fuses for horn and air bags are all good.  I can't find a fuse for the cruise.  
Any thoughts?

This is one I have hear about often, in fact again in the past week. You notice that all three are in some way related to the steering wheel? Well there is a part called a clockspring that is the flexible electrical coupling between the wheel and the steering column. And this part has been failing so much that Chrysler Corp issued a recall on them, with NHTSA oversight no doubt.  You should be able to get that "clockspring" replaced for free at a dealer.
So go and ask for it on the recall basis and don't accept anything less.
