My '94 Chrysler service manual for Concorde and its sister nameplates doesn't show any capability for the seat backs to fold down. You can remove the seat cushion and then unbolt the and lift up on the seat back to remove it from the vehicle entirely, but it is not designed to fold down. There appears to be an x-shaped structural member behind the seat back so that there might be an opening between the cabin and the trunk to fit some small crossection objects from the trunk into the cabin but nothing very large. Look in the front of the trunk and you may see that structural member which can't be removed.
To remove the seat: remove the seat cushion by pulling up on the front at both ends to release two metal retainer loops from cups in the floor below it. Then you can move the cushion forward and out. The rear seat back is held by two nuts at the lower edge on either side. Remove the nuts, which also retain the seat belts, then you can lift up on the seat back to unhook it at the top from slots in the structural element behind it. Once released at the top it can be likewise removed from the cabin.
