Chrysler Repair: my jeep stalls out and dies, few more miles, fuel level

i was driving down the road and all of the sudden my car sputtered and died , it would start up and go a few more miles and do the same thing over , i took it to a shop and they couldn't find anything wrong with it, so once again i was stranded it seems to be something wrong with the fuel system but the pump is working fine do you have any suggestions?

What year is the Jeep, also what model and engine?  There's been several problems both with the fuel pump as well as the fuel level unit.  The pump may work fine but if you're running out of gas then obviously you're not going to go far.  Do you know FOR CERTAIN that you've got gas in it?
