There are 14 different solid colors of wires used, and those colors are also used in a bi-color wire where the thinner color area is called a 'trace' color. So that provides the possibility of nearly 200 different discrete wire colors. Each vehicle and year model has a set of wiring diagrams broken down into circuits for different electronic functions. Chrysler electrical engineers tend to take great care to be consistent in the wire color code assignments so that no matter what year or vehicle you are dealing with, the color codes for a given circuit will be similar.  Typically there are 100+ pages of these diagrams per vehicle. I have the diagrams for the front wheel drive cars for the years '83-'94 except for '88 and '93. So let me know what you need to know about and for what year and model of car. I may be able to xerox and postal mail you the diagrams that you need to solve your problem.
