Chrysler Repair: fuel pump for 1995 jeep grand charkee, bosch fuel pump, fwd cars

Question
In the top of the fuel pump there is a check valve that keeps presure on the fuel in the line to keep gas from going back in the fuel tank when you kill the engine. It actually sets on top of the fuel pump inside the modular, inside the gas tank. If I order the bosch fuel pump does it come with that check valve? Do you have a picture of the fuel pump assembley showing all the parts inside the fuel pump so I can see if I have the right pump and part?

Hi Kathy,
I am sorry to say that I don't have the information you request. Jeep isot a brand that I have worked on. But I do notice that the fuel pump for the Chrysler FWD cars does have 3 check valves including the one that you describe. I would imagine that the replacement pump will also contain these check valves. The one that you described is said to be in the pump outlet. I don't wee why the new pump wouldn't be supplied with the check valve, but I can't guarantee that.
