QuestionI know you're a Chrysler man, but there are no Dodge experts. I'm hoping you can help. Would you know where my fuel filter is located? And if I would need any special tools to change it? I'm not very mechanically inclined, but at the moment I can't afford a mechanic. Do you think I could change it myself? Thank you. Lisa
AnswerLisa,The only thing I have ever done to a Neon is replace the cylinder head so,Im not shure where the fuel filter is.
I would guess it is around the fuel tank?However,on the info you gave me, I would not try to replace it on your own.
fuel filters in general are a pain in the %$#%$.Call around for prices,you would be surprised on how the prices can differ.
