Chrysler Repair: electrical, body control module, abs light

Question
I have a 99 gran caravan,47000 miles, and on 3/31/04 had it serviced,they installed a body control module,the abs light was on.Today,4/25, all dash controls have stopped working. Are you familiar with this type of problem and what would cause the failure. The van is a conversion for a ramp to accomodate a wheelchair. I cannot go back to the original dealer as they returned the van to me without the right side directionals working and we had a disagreement .

this is in reprogaming the compuiter it is a dealer fix other wise a good shop the charge is 45 dollors the dealer sounes verry bad to return it to u like that u can try one thing first take off the pos. cable for one min and see if it resets . good luck to u pete
