is there some removal of the clutch assy.when removing master cyl. from the car

Answer
There are three bolts securing the master cylinder to the cars frame that need to be removed. There is a cotter pin and clevis pin holding the linkage to the pedal on and remove the lines and the cylinder is off. The clutch or its linkage need not be touched.
