QUESTION: It's a 283 non modified stock 3 speed trans I have replaced almost all electracal connected with it not getting any spark tried driving it with and without the gas cap i was thinking the carb but why only when it warms up would the carb not work rightoh and the carb is a rochester qadrajet

Answer
At this point I would look at the ignition coil and the condenser. These are both temperature sensitive. The other thing is a long shot, but I have had it happen. There could be something in the fuel tank that get sucked into the intake filter in the tank after the engine has run for a bit, in your case until it gets to 190. The when you shut down the intake looses its vacuum and hold on the stuff in the tank blocking the filter, and then when starting it runs fine till the next time.
