I am trying to find all the former owners of a 1967 383 fury three convertible ph27h74193267.  Can you help or tell me what to do   Thanks   Lee J

Hi Lee,
I am not an expert in this type of research but you could start by contacting the last known state vehicle registration bureau and tell them you are restoring the car and would like to get past registrations on that vehicle.
There are several companies on the Internet that will do accident research but they charge a fee and I am not sure how far back they will go.
Another possible is to contact Chrysler to see if they can connect you to someone who may have the Plymouth sales records.
Also you might contact the Plymouth Owners Club for how to best locate past owners. http://goldenstate.ply33.com/
