Dodge Repair: power window on passenger side: Intrepid, dodge intrepid, main switch

Question
We have a 2001 Dodge Intrepid SE.  The passenger side window will not go down using the main switch.  All other windows respond and the passenger window will go up, but not down.  We can use the switch on the passenger door and it works up and down, just not from driver side main switch?

Hi Dan/Nikki,
One of the contacts in the master switch's passenger window control button is not making contact. You could try spraying some electrical contact cleaned into the slot that surrounds the button using a straw applicator on the spray can while you move the switch to the up and down positions to see if that will clean the contacts. If that doesn't work then you would remove the door panel and spray inside the body of the switch through any slot/opening. Electrical contact cleaner in a spray can is available at electronics stores.
