How do I replace rear passenger side power window motor on 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Quad Cab w/5.7 hemi- 4x4

REMOVAL
Remove the waterdam. (Refer to 23 - BODY/DOORS - REAR/WATERDAM - REMOVAL)
Remove the window switch from the door trim panel and reconnect it to the door wire harness.
Raise the window to the position shown and remove the two nuts attaching the glass to the window regulator. (GLASS POSITIONING)
Remove the stabilizer nut.
Disengage the door glass from the regulator lift plate and position into the full up position.
Secure the glass in the up position using a wood wedge or equivalent.
Lower the regulator.
Disconnect the electrical connector. (WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR)
Remove the lower regulator bolt and loosen the upper two. (WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR)
Slide the regulator up and out of the keyhole slots in the door panel.
Remove the regulator through the hole in the inner door panel.
