Dodge Repair: heater blower, vacuum lines, motor shaft

Question
I took off the 5 screws surround the housing on my datkota
96 heater housing and two screws on top, I still can not
get the housing off to replace heater blower motor any
suggestions?

BLOWER MOTOR
REMOVAL
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove the lower instrument panel module. Refer to Instrument Panel Systems for the procedures.
On vehicles with air conditioning, disconnect the two vacuum lines from the recirculating air door vacuum actuator.
Unplug the blower motor wiring connector.
Remove the two screws at the top of the blower housing securing it to the heater-A/C housing cover.
Remove the five screws from around the blower housing and separate the blower housing from the heater-A/C housing Blower Housing Remove/Install - Typical
Remove the three screws securing the blower motor and wheel assembly to the heater-A/C housing and separate the motor from the housing Blower Motor and Wheel Remove/Install
Remove the blower motor wheel retainer clip and remove the wheel from the blower motor shaft Blower Motor Wheel
INSTALLATION
Press the blower motor wheel onto the blower motor shaft.
Install the retainer clip.
Position the blower motor and wheel assembly to the heater-A/C housing. Install and tighten the three mounting screws.
Position the blower housing to the heater-A/C housing. Install and tighten the five mounting screws.
Install and tighten the two screws at the top of the blower housing, securing it to the heater-A/C housing cover.
Connect the blower motor wiring.
On vehicles equipped with air conditioning, connect the two vacuum lines to the recirculating air door vacuum actuator.
Install the lower instrument panel module. Refer to Instrument Panel Systems for the procedures.
Connect the battery negative cable.
